    "I want to bring to your attention the excellent service I received from my Volvo Sales Representative.  I purchased my first ever Volvo in late 2008 and loved it.  The level of customer service exhibited was much appreciated.  Seems globally, in general, customer service is non-existent.  I was impressed with his knowledge and general attitude.  He listened to my needs and came up with a solution so I would feel comfortable with the choice I made as well as the monthly payment.  I found him easy to work with and trustworthy.  I recently saw that Volvo was advertising incentives that were appealing to me.  I contacted my Sales Representative and I ended up with a vehicle that I really like.  He spent time with me explaining the different features like Bluetooth.  If I ever have questions, I call or email and he responds quickly.  Had it not been my experience with Volvo of Tucson, I would not have considered turning in my lease and purchasing another vehicle so soon."

I usually don't take the extra time to write our a thank you (even when I should) but I want to make sure my Service Adviser gets the recognition he deserves. We had a very frustrating and difficult time getting our car issues fixed by our local dealer in Dallas. We have been in and our of their dealership numerous times which is a round trip drive of 105 miles every time! Most of our issues were still not resolved, so as a last resort, I drove our Volvo 1,000 miles from Fort Worth, Texas to Tucson, Arizona to the dealership I originally purchased our car at. I worked with Kyle Sewell and I was instantly relieved and knew the drive was worth it when Kyle actually listened to my concerns about the car and believed me! He even recognized an issue as a known problem and that was an issue that the dealership in Dallas acted like I was making up. Kyle made sure I was taken care of and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I am just so happy to have worked with him and the Volvo of Tucson dealership. Please make sure they know how much I appreciate them!"
